Role of the Services Marketing Team
The Services Marketing Team works with Accenture’s Chief Strategy Officer to bring the business strategy to life across the organization. The team then translates the business strategy into Marketing and Communications (M+C) programs across our four Services-Song, Industry X, Technology and Operations. Services Marketing’s scope includes the Ventures & Acquisitions (V&A) M+C team who partners across M+C, the business and acquisitions on both Deal and Post Merger Integration (PMI) workstreams to finalize acquisitions and foster cohesion, inspire new team members and deliver on business cases aligned with Accenture’s overall V&A and Brand Strategy.
Position Description & Responsibilities
Working as part of Accenture’s M+C V&A PMI team, this position will be responsible for executing best-in-class integrated plans focused on seamlessly transitioning M+C activities and brand equity from new companies acquired by Accenture, creating market facing connections for our clients, and leading experiences that deliver a sense of belonging for new team members. We are looking for a marketing and communications professional who can effectively manage and deliver a strategic and centralized PMI approach for a broad range of Accenture acquisitions across various locations-from announcement to full integration-through collaboration, strong planning, stakeholder management and strategic alignment.
The V&A Communications PMI Lead for Operations and Industry X will:
· Work alongside the V&A Communications Deal Lead on Operations and Industry X Acquisitions to define a strong post-merger integration plan-identifying potential areas requiring explicit focus during the integration phase.
· Position V&A M+C as a strategic expert and partner by developing, guiding, and delivering on PMI integration plans-including all critical milestones.
· Build strong relationships and collaboration across Accenture’s business, acquisition leadership and our global M+C team to deliver key plan activities including data privacy, communications/people engagement, stories, events, talent brand and candidate marketing
