Job description
We are working with a leading Asia bank to search for a Database Administrator Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a DBA Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the organisation in developing, operating, and managing enterprise database environment.
You are also responsible for performing database creation/configuration, patches, migration, and version upgrades.
You will also be the point of contact to vendor support, and you will be working closely with the application team to provide them with the technical support they need.
REQUIREMENTS
To qualify, individuals must possess:
Bachelors in IT-related discipline
At least 8 10 years of relevant experience
MUST HAVE:
Experienced in Open source Databases e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, Yugabyte, and MongoDB
Experienced in working in an enterprise environment
Experienced in automation scripts and cloud implementation
