This position reports directly to the Lead Developer. The developer will gain valuable hands-on experience on real technology projects such as developing a bespoke management system for SMEs.

Responsibilities
• Participate in the development of web applications
• Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
• Assist in the documentation of processes & reference manuals for training and guidance
• Assist in gathering user requirements and developing the appropriate reports
• Assist in the handling of data migration duties
• Provide support in setting up end-user training activities
• Provide support in diagnosing hardware and software issues and troubleshooting activities
