My government client is currently looking for an experienced End User Support Engineer for an initial 2 month contract based in West London.
23 per hour (inside IR35, via an umbrella company)
36 hours a week
The successful End User Support Engineer will:
• Provider 2nd line IT support to customers of the organisation for service requests, incidents, and face to face assistance on all areas of technology including, account management, mobile devices, general hardware, software and deployment.
Essential Experience required:
• Must have a good understanding of installing hardware and/or software
• Must have good communication skills as well as good problem solving.
• Must have good IT skills and knowledge of several generic desktop software tools.
• Experience of deploying Windows 10.
