A prominant 4 star Hotel in Dubai, is lookig for a dynamic Asst IT Manager candidate with the below provided Job skills required:- Job Responsibilities : To ensure that all interfaces system settings backup are kept, updated and all backups are properly stored in a safe environment and in fireproof safes away from the Computer Room. To make sure that all office automation and business application software have proper licenses and keep their records up to date for expiry, renewal etc. Ensure to keep up to date information relating to all computers, peripherals, Laptops, software & accessories, routers and should ensure that all systems related hardware and Software are covered with Annual Maintenance Contract. Ensure that all computers users have correct user rights according to the requirement of the user and are protected with password lock-out policy after duration of non-use it is to be ensured that all systems & administrative passwords are kept safely for all computers and business applications. To ensure that all systems and business application used are available and ensure that all logged complaints and problems reported are resolved within a specific time frame. Ensure to attend all the telephone issues and maintain the PABX system Preventive maintenance. Guest internet complaints are handled on priority basis with in a specific time frame. To assist Users with any IT Technical Issues in the Work Place. Ensure that all power points in the Computer Room are properly covered by the UPS and ensure that all Business Application/ interfaces are updated to their latest version in consultation with the management & Vendors. Ensure to do periodic maintenance and database maintenance for all the business applications and other applications installed and ensure that all Business applications installation procedure are properly documented and updated. Co-ordinate with vendors for timely support to the systems and business applications installed and all features available in the business application are being used by the concerned department. Ensure that the hotel network diagram/schematic is available for all networks and ensure that all network related information for the entire infrastructure is available and always up to date. To organize training on Business Application Software for users on new functionality and for new users from time to time. To make sure that all e-mails accounts are forwarded/deleted after resignation of the concerned staffs and ensure that users name and password are deleted from the system. Comply with all the Policies & Procedures of the Hotels. Ensure that all office automation and business applications software have proper licenses and keep their records up to date for expiry, renewal etc. Ensure that the Computer Room is protected with proper fire alarm systems, fire extinguisher and fire suppressing systems
