Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with software development and regulations;
• Responsible for the promotion of processes, procedures and templates;
• Develop a software quality assurance plan for the project;
• Conduct thorough audits and inspections to identify areas for process improvement and adherence to quality benchmarks;
• Follow up the problems found in the project audit process until the problems are solved;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement;
• Collect improvement suggestions on processes and templates from each project team, formulate and continuously improve the software development process according to the company and project conditions;
• Verify the relevant measurement data provided by the project, identify potential project issues via data analysis;
• Provide process management and quality assurance consulting or training for related projects;
• Timely report the findings in audit of process and work product audit in the project to superiors, project managers, and ODC managers with objective insight.
Requirements:
• More than 3 years of software industry experience, and more than 2 years of software quality assurance experience;
• Possess basic knowledge of software development, software engineering, and quality management system;
• Possess the basic ability of technical review and process audit;
• Have statistics-related knowledge, and be able to use statistical methods well for quality analysis, control and management capabilities;
• Cheerful personality, teamwork spirit and good communication and coordination skills;
• Have good language organization ability and document writing ability;
• Have experience in training internal employees;
• Good level of English and Mandarin;
• Familiar with CMMI or ISO9001 is preferred;
• Hands-on knowledge on Jira configuration and SharePoint is preferred.
