We are seeking a part time Group Host for our escape room in Irvine. This is the perfect job for someone who is looking for part time work, is enthusiastic, and enjoys being around people. If you are interested in ACTING, theatre production, set design, and creating masterpieces, we have staff that can mentor you as well. HUGE PLUS if you have theatre or theme park attractions background.
Your job responsibilities will include:
• Checking in guests and taking payments
• Providing excellent customer service and answering questions
• Monitoring groups during gameplay and providing hints
• Ensuring office and common areas are organized and clean
• Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
• Completing special projects in marketing, webpage design, or event planning
Requirements:
• MUST be available to work Monday and Tuesday and occasional weekends (Saturday-Sunday)
• Outgoing, confident personality
• Must have excellent interpersonal communication and exhibit good judgment
• Time management and organizational skills are a must
• Excellent at multi-tasking
• Attention to detail
• Professional phone etiquette
• Must be reliable and punctual
Desirable qualifications:
• Experience in retail or hospitality
• Flexible schedule
• Currently attending college or university (in theatre, production, set design a plus!)
• Interest in games, puzzles, or riddles
Successful candidates have a flexible schedule, a can-do attitude, and are willing to be proactive in taking on new responsibilities. Part time availability 8-15+ hours per week.
