Our Global Program Management business provides the structure, tools, techniques and process to deliver on this vision. By connecting our expertise across services, markets, and geographies, we manage outcome-driven projects that deliver social, economic and environmental value. These include programs of critical national importance in defense, transport, water, clean energy, environmental clean-up, international development and disaster recovery, as well as the shaping of many of the world’s major cities. We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team Program Management Team, leading on some of the most complex programs globally. Responsibilities: • Provide professional graphic design support across the team • Work as part of an integrated team of designers • Participate in the full lifecycle of projects, from design brief to production • Establish, organise and maintain graphic/document templates and resource libraries • Obtain input from management, ensuring project designs meet organisational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately • Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects • Examine existing approach, identifying improvements and creating solutions to improve design and output • Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategise with multiple teams or clients for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity and work with the team on social media and developing external profiles and awareness • Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout • Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system • Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications • Work and support with the team lead on signage and wayfinding to support concepts on projects and schemes Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills Additional Information Please note: this position is based in a remote location.
