As a successful candidate you will:
%26bull; At least 4 years' experience in tunnel design
%26bull; Have experience preparing designs and drawings
%26bull; Be able to write technical reports
%26bull; Demonstrable experience in the design of work packages in the tunnelling sector. Ideally this should cover a wide range of sectors with experience in several or all of the following areas: Metro, Highway, Heavy Rail, Utility and Conveyance.
%26bull; Demonstrable expertise in segmental and SCL lining design
%26bull; Experience in hard rock tunnelling is highly desirable
%26bull; Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
%26bull; MICE Chartered Engineer status
%26bull; A sound academic knowledge of civil/tunnel engineering
%26bull; Knowledge of relevant European codes and standards
%26bull; Strong communication skills with fluency in verbal and written English
%26bull; Computer literate in relevant discipline software such as Platis, FLAC, MIDAS and SAP.
%26bull; Team player but with an ability to work independently and manage small teams as required
%26bull; Planning & organizational skills
%26bull; Motivated to deliver high quality
