Job Title: Product Owner - Web and E-commerce
Contract Type: 12-15 month FTC
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum plus benefits
Location: South West London
Work Setup: Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
Our client is an established security company based in south-west London. They are seeking an experienced web and E-commerce product owner to manage the B2B and D2C online services of the business and the user experience. You will be responsible for implementing the online strategy to drive profitability online. This includes customer offerings, brand experience, sales, digital platforms, and development.
You manage the day-to-day management of the company website, ensuring its smooth running. Managing and planning for planning and module upgrades and improvements.
Core responsibilities include:

- Investigating reports of customers or internal stakeholders having issues on their website
- Managing and planning for platform or module upgrades and improvements
- Testing changes directly and ensuring relevant reams perform testing
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of working the E-commerce and online digital agencies
- Exposure of Magento or similar and working in an agile product delivery environment
- Familiarity of working UX/UI designers to implement A/B testing
- Excellent communicator, able to present product vision and execution
- Experience explaining technical solutions and customers benefits to non-technical teams, helping them to understand the overall vision and roadmap
