Our client is looking for a Global Network Manager based on permanent employment.
Job Description:
• Responsible for the delivery and management of network services in our global enterprise environment. The individual directly manages a global network infrastructure with a team of global resources.
• Areas of primary responsibility includes data and voice network architecture and design, unified communication systems.
• Supervise and provide technical leadership to the globally distributed team of Level 2/3 network administrators and ensure an enabling environment is created and maintained.
• Provide thought leadership with creation of long-term strategic plans to design, implement and support the future Network and Communication needs of the business.
• Perform network benchmarking and analysis, and recommend improvements for the global Network and Communications systems.
Requirements:
• Expertise in Networking Technologies:In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, architectures and technologies such as TCP/IP, VLANs, MPLS, SD-WAN, and DNS. Experience with Palo Alto and Aruba Networks technologies is desired.
• Global Experience:Proven track record of 6 to 8 years managing global network infrastructures, demonstrating a solid understanding of the unique challenges associated with international networking and communications.
• Leadership and Team Management:3-6 years of strong leadership skills with a successful history of managing and leading cross-functional teams in a global context, fostering collaboration and achieving common goals.
