• *Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Provide best practices knowledge in the creative and design field, i.e. Experience Design, Service Design, DesignOps, Usability Testing etc.
- Knowledge of state of the art and emerging digital design tools and trends, and how new technologies impact these trends.
- Systems thinking, the ability to structure and iterate abstract ideas into practical, logical and scalable solutions that is aligned with the overall Experience Strategy.
- Be part of the design leadership within IBM iX Singapore.
- Contribute your ideas and your deep insights of human behaviour, experience design, usability, digital product, etc. and can guide clients in adopting a scalable approach for enterprises, at the speed of a start-up.
• *About You**:
- Design Thinking and human-centric problem-solving.
- Design Research, User Experience Design, Service Design, Design Systems, Design Ops
- Create visually compelling representations of the solution's high-level interaction, navigation, and organization design (i.e., concept models).
- Develop visual representations of the organizational structure, hierarchy, and relationships of screens in a site (i.e., site maps).
- Develop visual representations of the interactions between the user and the functional modules in the solution.
- Deep knowledge surrounding customer segments and behaviors across multiple industries.
- Conduct and analyze C-level stakeholder interviews to understand key success factors for a project or pursuit Customer segments and behaviors across multiple industries.
- Practical experience of agile delivery, including running cross-functional squads, overseeing creation of new design direction and/or development and implementation of digital products and services.
- Effectively communicate thought processes and ideas to inspire and lead other squad members to turn these ideas into engaging, intuitive and usable experiences as part of a digital product or service.
- You are comfortable engaging with **senior client stakeholders**, strategists, designers and technology teams to workshop and define future digital experiences.
- You are comfortable in a **highly agile and iterative environment **where you translate business concepts into journeys, screen flows and interactions.
• *Desired Background**
- Minimum of 7-8 years experience in digital agency / consulting agency.
- At least 5 years experience in Axure, Omnigraffle, Sketch, InVision, AdobeXD or similar.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in professional C-level business communications, including oral presentations, written documents, executive presentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in a design-related discipline.
- Consultative mindset and thorough understanding of Asian markets/industries, brands, consumers and trends.
- possesses **advanced level of analytical ability and creativity** to address ambiguous, large, complex/new problems and projects.
- Able to **lead discussions and presentations** during sales and delivery cycles with client stakeholders, other IBM practitioners and 3rd party partners.
