Job Description:
We are a leading AI Document Solutions company seeking a motivated Sales Executive/Manager to join our team. Our target audience includes listed companies, financial institutes, and professionals in the finance industry. Previous experience working in audited firms or a strong understanding of financial processes would be valuable assets in this role.
Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets by promoting our AI Document Solutions to potential clients, including listed companies, financial institutes, CPA and professionals in the finance industry
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the target market
• Prepare accurate quotations, invoices, and presentations for clients
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
• Provide timely reports and updates to the management team
Requirements:
• Degree holder with a proven track record in sales, preferably in the fintech or financial industry
• Experience in selling audited software or related solutions is highly desirable
• Knowledge of AI technologies is a plus, but not essential
• Previous experience working in audited firms or a strong understanding of financial processes is advantageous
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills to achieve targets
• Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua to cater to a diverse client base
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
