This is an environment where speed is king and high quality is rewarded. The team itself works across many aspects of the environment with a focus on the Trading System meaning the team collaborate closely with Traders, Researchers and Hardware Engineers in order to arrive at the best solution for any given challenge. Role The main trading and connectivity systems are built with modern C++ 20. You will be empowered to work in an extremely collaborative environment where everyone's opinion is considered equally and the best idea wins. You will quickly be given responsibility and authority to drive changes with your development as you operate with no red tape to slow you down. Speed and agility with a quick feedback loop and regular releases are important to ensure incremental performance improvements are being realised. Requirements: Complex, Multithreaded Development Experience (C++ ver. 17+). Strong OO design principals and design patterns (e.g. S.O.L.I.D). Experience with low level frameworks (e.g. Valgrind). Experience within latency sensitive environments Passion for technology innovation and engineering best practice Experience with high performance trading systems is ideal but certainly not required.
