Responsibilities
• Support various network devices and services (Transmission, Router, Switch, Firewall).
• Provide Tier 1 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Support and Enhance Network Monitoring System for Traffic Statistic and trouble shoot.
• Field support as required for network equipment installation & engaging emergency diagnostic task.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Need to work out-of-office hours and may carry out call-out duty.
Requirements
• High Diploma or above in Information Technology / Computer Science or other related disciplines
• Certificate holder of CCNP or equivalent Certification
• At least 3 years of working experience in related industries
• Familiar with switches, routers, firewall setup & maintenance (e.g. Cisco, Juniper)
• Network knowledge of Static and Dynamic routing, VXLAN, VLAN etc.
• Knowledge of VPN, e.g. IPSEC, GRE, L2TP
• Able to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English. Proficiency in Cantonese/Mandarin would be an advantage
