Job Title: Senior User Experience Designer & Graphic Designer
Location: Sydney, NSW
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + Super
Please note you have to have both UX Design and Graphic Design experience.
Join a dynamic team that is seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer & Graphic Designer to elevate their digital presence and create compelling, user-centric designs. You'll be working predominantly with Marketing to strategies and execute designs.
Key Responsibilities:
• User Experience (UX) Design:
• Lead the UX design process from research and concept development to wireframing and prototyping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Graphic Design:
• Develop visually striking graphics for digital and print materials, maintaining brand consistency.
• Create engaging visual assets, including illustrations, icons, and multimedia content.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to produce captivating promotional materials.
• User Interface (UI) Design:
• Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that enhance user interaction.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of UI elements.
• Stay updated on design trends and contribute innovative ideas to the design team.
• Prototyping and Testing:
• Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and functionalities.
• Conduct A/B testing to gather insights and refine design elements accordingly.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with developers, marketing and other stakeholders to bring designs to life.
• Clearly communicate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical team members.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX and graphic design roles.
• Minimum of 2 years in a Senior position.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX and graphic design projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of user-centred design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, or a related field.
