Smith is currently looking for a helpdesk Technician to join their IT team in Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities
To administer, monitor and maintain the Information Technology infrastructure to ensure technical bases and end users are operational and working efficiently.
• End user support including PC operating systems, hardware, video conference, applications, mobile devices and peripherals
• Maintenance of desktop PCs, patches, updates, etc.
• Monitor and maintain Microsoft Windows Servers and Active Directory
• Backup IT Administrator(s) as needed on any technical issues
• Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
• Perform workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and licenses
• Assist PC and IT accessories procurement
• Collaborate with other team members in the IT department (regional and global) to support corporate ad-hoc projects or perform any IT related assignments
Required Skills
• Good knowledge of MS Windows desktop and server, MS Office application (MS Office 365 environment, Windows 10, Windows Server 2019, mac iOS)
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent, self-motivated, can do attitude and customer- oriented
• Good command of English and Mandarin
