Responsibilities
• Provide technical leadership in database design and implementation, cloud database services, master data management, data modeling, data quality, data governance, data access & data integration
• Design the scope of Data Management Consultancy Project
• Define and manage standards, guidelines, policies, procedures, and processes
• Oversee data management, warehousing, integration, and migration
• Examine data, processes, and technologies
• Research and make recommendations
• Collaborate with stakeholders
• Oversee the formation of NEOM Public Safety’s Data Management Office
• Design, implement, and manage the DMO Operating Model
• Carry out current state of data management in Public Safety Department
• Design, implement, and manage Public Safety’s Data Strategy
• Create automated data reports
• Design and manage databases and data flows
• Develop data models
• Align with NEOM CISO Office and Public Safety’s cybersecurity personnel
• Assist the alignment of Public Safety’s Big Data Architecture
• Liaise with PS Functions to onboard existing/future Applications
• Exhibit strong relationship management skills
• Design research plans
• Provide ownership and facilitation of project deliverables
• Translate technical concepts
• Oversee periodic reviews
• Keep up-to-date with technology trends
• Willingness to go above and beyond
Requirements
• Well-versed in Data Management and Big Data Architecture technologies
• Experience in Data Classification, Assetization, Usage, Protection, and Governance
• Proven track record in managing and implementing end-to-end Data Management and Big data solutions/projects
• Understanding of strategic and new and emerging technology trends
• Experience in engaging multiple vendors and/or subcontractors
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and software systems, networking, data management, and cybersecurity protocols
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant fields
• Minimum 10-15 years of IoT experience
