Our fashion client has a newly created opportunity for a talented, dynamic Global Ecommerce Manager to join their successful fashion brand.
This role is responsible for the financial performance of this growing brand’s international ecommerce and third-party platforms and will strategically and operationally work with the incredibly passionate team and external partners to drive overall business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
• Driving sales through optimisation and continual conversion and UX improvement
• Driving and activating the ecommerce strategy, content strategy and promotional calendar
• Ensuring the customer journey is aligned for growth
• Ensuring product is relevant and well-stocked
• Collaborating on brand campaigns
• Reporting and analysis
• CRM including EDM creation and data analysis
• Social media strategy and activation
• Collaborating with agencies to achieve customer and financial goals
• Working within the business’ core values
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following:
· Proven experience creating innovative ecommerce strategies which have been successful in driving sales and conversion
· Proficiency in HTML & CSS for generating web content
· Experience with content management systems
· Experience with digital marketing campaigns
· Experience in UX and best practice conversion techniques
· Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
· Understanding of web technologies and best practice
· Experience with third party marketplaces would be advantageous
