We are searching for a Senior Data Scientist who is not only adept in NLP models with transformer architecture but also brings a passion for cutting-edge technology in the AI space, including familiarity with frameworks like Hugging Face. What You'll Do as a Senior Data Scientist at Optima Care AI: Develop, maintain, and analyze both structured and unstructured data sets for advanced analytics and reporting. Create impactful reports, projections, models, and presentations to inform and drive business strategy. Contribute to department strategy and make critical decisions on complex technical issues autonomously. Utilize your expertise in mathematics statistics, modeling, business analysis, and technology to process and interpret large volumes of complex data, turning them into actionable insights. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR a Master's Degree with 3+ years of experience. Proven experience in developing NLP models using transformer architecture. Strong knowledge and practical experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI (GenAI) . Solid background in mathematics, statistics, and modeling, with a knack for translating complex data into advanced analytic solutions. Demonstrated ability to handle complex analytical tasks requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in NLP, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline. Experience in the healthcare or managed care sector. Proficiency in Python, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark, or similar statistical tools.
