IT Service Desk Manager Recruitment Agency Ref: 141616We are working with a leading Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) to recruit for an IT Service Desk Manager to join their team. This is a brand-new position for the organisation, and you will be overseeing and optimising the service desk operations. Salary: Up to £55,000 per annumDuration: PermanentLocation: South LondonThe successful candidate will be responsible for: • Overseeing and communicating service desk performance metrics, KPIs, and SLAs • Managing the ongoing implementation of a service desk system to optimise the end-user experience • Ensuring timely resolution of IT tickets within specified timeframes • Escalating IT support tickets to the appropriate teams and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve resolutions • Taking charge of problem management, including coordinating communications for major incidents • Developing and implementing best practices and standard operating procedures to boost efficiency and service quality The successful candidate will have: • Strong experience in an IT Service Desk Lead/Supervisor/Manager role • Experience running a large helpdesk across multiple sites • Demonstrable experience implementing new software and setting up reporting • ITIL experience • Strong stakeholder management to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical end users To apply or for more information, please get in touch with Kirsty Mah on or email In our company values we aim for equity at all stages of the recruitment process, please let us know if we can do anything to make the process more accessible to you
