The daily duties and responsibilities include :
• TechnologicalInnovation and Development : Lead technological innovations and the developmentof new products or solutions, ensuring technical edge and market relevance.
• ProjectManagement and Execution : Responsible for planning and executing R&Dprojects, ensuring timely delivery while meeting quality and budgetrequirements.
• Team Leadershipand Management : Manage the R&D team, including recruiting, training,motivating, and evaluating team members.
• Coding andDevelopment : Personally engage in coding and development activities,maintaining technical proficiency.
• Technical ProblemSolving : Solve complex technical issues encountered during development,providing expert guidance and solutions.
• QualityAssurance : Ensure that the development process follows best practices andindustry standards, being accountable for product quality.
• TechnologicalResearch and Trend Analysis : Track the latest technology trends and industrymovements, applying new technologies to R&D work.
• ResourceAllocation : Appropriately allocate and manage project resources, includingtime, budget, and technical assets.
• Communicationwith Clients and Stakeholders : Communicate with clients and other stakeholdersto understand requirements and ensure that development outcomes meetexpectations.
• IntellectualProperty Management : Participate in protecting and managing the intellectualproperty rights of R&D outcomes, ensuring the company's technologicaladvantage and legal compliance.
Education Bachelor degree or higher qualification desirable.Industry experience may substitute.
Experience & Skills
• 2+ years of industry experience as a DeveloperProgrammer

Salary : Salary being offered is commensurate withqualifications and experience and is between $100K $150K per annum.
