About The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a best in class HR saas technology company within a fun and quality focused product team. You will be designing cutting-edge user interfaces that bring exceptional aesthetic to a mobile-first experience, as well as an Enterprise Grade Admin Interface.
Ideally you are designer with great attention to detail and experience working within an agile environment. You will own the design development process together with our Head of Product, Design colleagues and Product Managers, whilst also collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, marketing and customer success people.
You will be joining a team that values attitude and capability over old merits, together we will push our award-winning tech-solution to the next level as we expand and enrich our products. What You Will Need To Succeed
• Ability to create beautiful, contemporary designs that you are proud of.
• Expert knowledge of design tools (we use Figma).
• Creative problem-solving skills and conceptual thinking.
• Understanding of information architecture, and responsive web design.
• Great attention to detail; pixels, typography, colour and layout.
• Experience in user testing and using data to guide your design process.
• Ability to work both within existing brand guidelines and your own when needed.
• A positive attitude, team player, and proactive contributor as you grow in the role.
• Ability to support and take direction to deliver world-class digital designs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A track record of prioritising multiple tasks to produce digital solutions within timeframes.
• NB: You must have a relevant portfolio of work to showcase for this opportunity. Style and natural talent come before years of experience.
