As The Senior Product Manager - Enablement you will have accountability for the success of Bravura's enablement products globally. You will be accountable for the product roadmap, commercial management and product strategy. You will lead the global cross functional teams that improve customer experience and grow market share. The Senior Product Manager - Enablement can be based in out of our office in London or Sydney. What You'll Do Design product roadmap based on client feedback, research, competitor analysis and industry trends and value Management of pricing, cost of product, capital expenditure and product development Ensure product remains contemporary and has the features required by clients to remain a suitable product offering Define, develop and deliver the vision and strategy for the product portfolio including pricing and positioning strategies Translate product strategy into requirements for prototyping, UX design and development Act as Product Owner and own P&L and portfolio performance measures to ensure usage and stickiness across products Gather customer experience feedback and identify and fil product gaps and generate new ideas to improve customer experience and drive growth Unleash your potential To be successful in this role, your background and experience will include: Experience managing end to end product and proposition development Strong complex product experience including development of value propositions, messaging hierarchies, customer acquisition and retention plans Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively present to executives Experience working in enterprise software with demonstrable experience driving business growth and understanding how technology and product transform business operations Strong customer service ethos, a commitment to quality and constantly drive improvements and maintain strong client relationships Excellent understanding of customer measures and levers, and experience developing and optimising products and services against customer requirements Commercial acumen and problem solving skills Experience building high performing global product teams, working with cross functional teams and building strong relationships with all stakeholders Demonstrated financial management experience including budgeting and forecasting Results orientated and highly motivated to drive successful outcome of goals Working at Bravura Our people are the heart of our business.
