Summary/Objective Expansion Capital Group provides working capital to small and medium-sized businesses across the nation. As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst you’ll define, build, and maintain both automated and manual test environments for major applications. Through collaboration with our Software Engineering team and being the subject matter expert in your field, you’ll help to develop our testing methodologies and plans for executing Quality on our custom-built applications. Essential Functions • Create, maintain, and execute automated functional and regression testing suites • Collaborate with Software Engineers on the maintenance and design of the software delivery pipeline • Create and execute Test Plans and Test Scripts based on business and system requirements • Collaborate with the Engineering team to create meaning User stories and appropriate acceptance criteria. • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality throughout the SDLC • Conduct post-implementation testing • Identify, collaborate on, and track defects, issues, and risk for projects and releases Supervisory Responsibility This position does not have any supervisory responsibility. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This is largely a sedentary role. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, and hours of work will coincide with underwriting and sales schedule. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
