About the Role: Solutions Architect
We are seeking a Solutions Architect (internally referred to as the Solutions Consultant) to design information systems aligned with organizational goals and client needs. As a Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation life cycle, building business plans, and ensuring IT systems architecture aligns with standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
Solutions Design:
Create and implement technology and business solutions for assigned clients.
Design information systems according to organizational goals, needs, and objectives.
Assess and define process, workflow, and technical requirements.
Oversee the development of business plans, strategic direction, and standards for IT systems architecture.
Lloyd Solution Catalog
Stay knowledgeable about our complete offerings of solutions and services.
Apply technology to client challenges and business processes.
Collaborate with the Managing Director of Client Strategy to develop, document, and train personnel on our catalog of solutions.
Client Strategy Project Execution
Assist Principal Consultants with clients implementation through the IT Roadmap (ITR) process.
Support clients transition through the LloydCare Conversion (LCC) process.
Stay current on assigned client industries, particularly related to IT and Compliance.
Cross Center Collaboration
Consult with internal teams to develop appropriate technical solutions.
Collaborate with other members of internal teams and client end users on establishing business goals.
Opportunity Board Management & Client Documentation
Follow the process for keeping opportunity data current and progress documented.
Utilize internal tools for storing client diagrams and agreement data.
Criteria For Success
Minimum 6 years of industry-related experience.
Record of achievement in the Technical (Systems Architecture, Technical/Business Consulting) Consultant Position.
Four-year college degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional training.
Technical Competencies
Solution deployment experience preferred.

Expected Salary Range
$95,000 - $115,000 depending on experience.
