We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial Digital Product Director who is excited to help shape the future of our Company and lead the strategy and execution of our digital ecosystem. We are looking for someone who can truly bring our digital experience to life and bridge a seamless offline to online user experience between our retail, e-commerce, and content with an emphasis on facilitating community engagement with our parent cohorts. You will help drive our digital strategy, translate customer needs into ambitious roadmaps, and work cross-functionally to bring these concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop a strong vision for a progressive and next generation digital and mobile platform for content, commerce andcommunity selecting and evolving a best in class technology stack
• Leverage our headless CMS and our first and zero party data to inform a truly personalized and delightful user experience that meets parents where they are in their parenting journey
• Act as senior business leader and bridge between business strategy and technical product development
• Own and manage all aspects of Healthybaby’s digital product including conception, development, testing, launch and post launch optimization
• Partner with cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Experience and Operations to understand and define business requirements and form an integrated digital product strategy
• Identify user pain points and priorities through discovery research and data analysis and translate business requirements into product requirements and sprints
• Own website development roadmap, working with the executive team to prioritize site experience and new features
• Manage the relationship with our external and internal development and UX design teams
• Research, review, recommend and implement new technology solutions to optimize website front-end and back-end performance
• Establish, track and optimize KPI’s across brand, content, and commerce objectives and continuously assess and ensure efficacy of new features and functionality
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
• 10+ years leading Digital Product at a fast growing D2C companies
• Demonstrated track record translating consumer and business needs into a world-class digital experience
• Technical know-how to manage the full tech stack and collaborate successfully with engineers
• Effective project manager and able to lead a cross-functional team through all stages of
• Development with the ability to manage sprints on time and on budget
• Highly analytical with a data driven approach to decision-making
• Aptitude for testing combined with demonstrated rigor around testing methodology, objective setting, and KPI tracking
• Ability to work in an environment that promotes frequent releases while maintaining a horizon vision
