Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Architect with exceptional skills in architectural design and 3D rendering and a proven record of personal design accomplishments. In this role, you will lead design projects and showcase superior ability to create high-quality, realistic 3D visualizations that bring our architectural concepts to life.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering, Master's preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on 3D rendering.
• A strong portfolio of personal design projects showcasing Unique designs and advanced 3D renderings.
• Expertise in Engineering and 3D rendering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.
• Innovative and analytical approach to architectural design.
Preferred Additional Qualifications:
• Proficient in BIM procedures and software.
• Deep understanding of construction materials, modern techniques, and sustainability.
• UAE experience in the architectural sector, understanding regional trends and requirements.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee architectural designs, emphasizing advanced 3D rendering techniques.
• Produce detailed, high-quality visualizations using industry-leading 3D software.
• Contribute to design projects showcasing originality and technical skill.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate 3D renderings into overall design plans.
• Mentor junior engineers in 3D rendering techniques and software.
• Ensure design compliance with legal and environmental standards.
