Opportunity:
This role is a brand and leadership position. We need a Senior Brand Manager to spearhead and champion the biggest brand in the business and one of the market-leading brands in the UK market.
The brand launched a premium range in 2021 and had a full brand makeover in 2022 which has resulted in strong growth and a huge opportunity. You will need to have a strategic hat on at all times, excel in brand management, and also be a whizz with category data and insights.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for:
• Formulating the brand strategy and leading the definition of the portfolio across UK & IRE in line with the global vision.
• Reviewing the existing product portfolio and identifying ways to increase profit and drive sales. This includes working on a 3-5 year NPD/ Innovation pipeline.
• Creating and delivering brand media plans. Ensuring KPIs and ROI are measured.
• Defining a clear digital roadmap for the brand outlining goals and how to out-perform the market.
• Undertaking brand and market analysis looking at competitors and identifying short and long-term growth strategies.
• Working on instore marketing campaigns - looking at shopper and consumer insights alongside category
• Managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Working cross-functionally with Sales and Category teams to make consistent improvements to brand profitability and ROI.

You:
We are needing someone with a strong brand management background wanting to move into a highly valued Senior Brand Management role.
If you have some or all of the following, then we want to talk to you:
• Degree Educated ideally with a degree in Marketing/Business.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within an FMCG marketing role ideally within the Health & Beauty sector.
• Experience in being face to face with customers and possess strong relationship-building experience.
• Proficient in reading data and interpreting this into market recommendations.
• Passionate about wanting to progress.
• Ability to work on a wide variety of projects.
