Responsible for managing the QA QC team and implementing project quality management system
Overseeing material testing, inspections, and coordination with subcontractors and consultants

Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and manage the QA QC team
• Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan
• Coordinate with third party laboratories for testing activities
• Verify test reports for compliance to specifications
• Develop and establish a comprehensive schedule of material submittals
• Monitor inspection status, implement corrective actions
• Tag and remove non-conforming materials
• Review subcontractor's prequalification and provide recommendations
• Monitor subcontractor's quality of work and record deficiencies
• Coordinate with subcontractors for material submittals and closeout documentation
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Architect Engineering
• Minimum 13 years of experience in QA/QC management in construction projects
• In-depth understanding of quality control principles and techniques
• Outstanding leadership abilities and effective communication skills
• Professional certifications in Quality Management or related fields preferred
• Skilled in maintaining detailed documentation and records
• Proficient in cooperating with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
