Job Description: As a member of the Customer Service Management (CSM) Workspace and Gen AI team, you'll contribute to developing applications that empower customers to provide exceptional service and support. Engage in projects spanning web, email, chat, telephone, and social media channels. Collaborate closely with product owners and engineering teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
What You Will Be Doing:
• Build high-quality, scalable, and reusable code by adhering to best practices in software engineering.
• Own the entire development lifecycle, from design to implementation, test automation, and product delivery.
• Design user-friendly software, allowing customers to extend and customize functionality.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features, enhancing the existing product suite.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 0 - 2+ years of experience with JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
• Analytical and design skills with proficiency in tools like IDE, debugger, build tools, and source control.
• Exposure to Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization (Nice to have).

• Base Pay: $116,900/yr - $181,100/yr (Bay Area).
