Your new company Our client is a regional leading Digital IoT product manufacturer. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in quality assurance, change control processes, and project quality development, with a strong emphasis on APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP. Your new role Job Requirements: • Develop and implement quality assurance best practices and test frameworks. • Lead change control initiatives to ensure seamless integration of new features and systems. • Manage project quality development from inception through production using APQP/PPAP methodologies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for quality improvement. • Design and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures. • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system. • Investigate product issues and defects and develop resolutions to enhance product quality. • Provide detailed reports on quality metrics, test results, and defect tracking. • Mentor junior QA engineers and assist in their professional development. What you'll need to succeed • Degree in Electrical Engineering, QA Engineering, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance. • Proven experience with change control and project quality development in a manufacturing or technological environment. • Expert knowledge of APQP and PPAP processes, e xperience with POS systems or smartphone technology is highly preferred. • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and quality assurance methodology. • Proficient in the use of QA tools and automated testing frameworks. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
