The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for business users. Responsibilities 1. To attend a course of study with the assigned learning provider or college, participating in lessons and undertaking required assignments, projects and tests within the required timescales. 2. To work in teams with a flexible approach and be supportive to work colleagues and to other apprentices. 3. To undertake performance reporting and monitoring of Service Performance Indicators as specified by line managers and supervisors to assist the efficient operation of the team and the services it delivers. 4. Communicate effectively during FOI handling and acknowledgment for both internal and external customer enquiries to the appropriate quality standards either by telephone, email, letter or face-to-face sensitively and efficiently. 5. To liaise with colleagues from other departments and external organisations to develop the Departmental News Letter and wider projects as required by the designated service 6. To make appropriate and effective use of information technology such as Power-Bi and council bespoke systems such as iCasework, which relates to the designated occupational area of work. Ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. 7. To ensure that all tasks are completed to agreed timescales, standards of accuracy and presentation. This may include the cleaning and engineering of raw data and communication of information via Power-Bi dashboards. 8. To attend and participate in training activities and workshops as identified as part of your learning and development programme. Qualifications • Maths & English GCSE/Equivalent
