Job Purpose:
• The Product Management team is looking for a strategic product professional to support Corporate Banking. The incumbent will play a key role in driving the product development of insurance products by working closely with marketing staff to deliver business results. Key position to drive the product strategy, initiatives, policy and procedure, strategic planning and project management with the goal of effective end-to-end execution of product proposition
• Handle MPF referrals
• MPF procedural update, MPF compliance reporting preparation, MPF regulatory returns preparation and due diligence of MPF business partner(s)
• Participate assignments or ad hoc projects of Corporate Banking Division Main Responsibilities:
• Handle and manage MPF / insurance referral by partnering with frontline of Corporate Banking and product partners
• Optimize the product operation, referral process and compliance monitoring
• Work with Legal, Compliance, Risk and Operations to ensure product procedures and policies in compliance with regulatory requirements Provide assistance to Product Management / MPF Team
• Head in executing his/her duties including but not limited to procedural update, compliance reporting preparation and regulatory returns preparation
• Provide support for training and presentation to various levels of stakeholders Incumbent Requirements:
• Degree Holder (Preferred in Accounting, Business Administration, Insurance or Finance)
• License Holder of MPF Individual Intermediary and SFC Type 1 and 4 (Essential)
• Sales and marketing experience in MPF, investment management, insurance or bank channels
• Banking product development experience is appreciated
• Good understanding of MPF/Insurance products and related regulatory requirements
• Well versed in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proficiency in English and Cantonese
