Duties And Responsibilities • Support and administer network and applications including troubleshooting on any technical issues remotely and/or on-site • Evaluate causes, implications of problems, ascertain glitches and identify possible solution options • Monitor and maintain proper inventory of hardware and software licenses • Support and administer outlets CCTVs, POS system, receipt printers, routers, etc • Compile and prepare reports regularly • Travel to stores for support when needed • Setting up, managing and maintaining IT-related equipment for new workstations or stores • Update and maintain Policy & Procedures for the IT Department • Keep updated with latest technology and security risks • Any other IT adhoc duties that may be assigned from time-to-time Personality And Competencies/Skills • Meticulous and organised • Able to multi task and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Team player, able to work independently with minimal supervision • Good communication and interpersonal skills Experience And Qualifications • Diploma/Degree in IT or related field • Minimum 2 years of working experience as an IT personnel or related industry
