• * Responsibilities**:
- Lead the data & analytics team to perform pre-sales technical engagements and delivery of data science/engineering projects.
- Work closely with sales, marketing and technology partners to forecast and develop business strategies to drive business growth and address customer needs.
- Responsible for building sales and delivery capabilities of the data & analytics team through internal staffing and outsourcing.
- Lead and manage multiple programs to deliver transformative and innovative client projects on-time and on-budget
- Practise and ensure that all data solutions are designed and developed in accordance with the guidelines in the AI Governance framework.
- Manage client relationships to build and sustain trust.
- Promote a data-driven culture both internally and externally;
Spread, inspire and realise the true potential of data analytics.
• * Requirements**:
- Degree in Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
- Combined >7 years’ experience in implementation of data and analytics projects and/or management of a data & analytics team.
- Prior experience in managing large & complex projects on budget, schedule, quality, complying with regulatory requirements
- In-depth understanding of the data & analytics landscape and experience.
- Knowledge in Data Management, Data Warehousing and Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, etc.), Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Strong people management and organisation skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to present and explain the technical aspects and benefits of analytics projects in a clear and convincing manner to business users/sponsors
