-Essential to have a -Strong Python, TypeScript, and AWS experience we are looking for someone who is hands on in terms of coding for at least 30-50% of there time.
-Essential that they have lead a small team of at least 3-5 people (if you are managing a bigger team that's fine too!). This is an amazing chance to grow the team as the company is looking to grow and move forward into an Engineering Manager and future CTO!
-We are looking for someone who is relaxed, easy to talk to and someone who wants to solve problems.
The successful candidate is an astute technical problem solver curious by nature, has a keen concern for the satisfaction of customers, and is enthusiastic and eager to learn and explore new technologies.

Requirements
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience (5+ years) in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong technical expertise in software development, including proficiency in Python and Typescript
• Experience leading and managing high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects from concept to completion, delivering high-quality software solutions on schedule
• Proficiency with the following technologies: FastAPI, ReactJS, SQL, Azure, Gitlab, Terraform
