Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing Python, Big Data and various machine learning frameworks to develop innovative solutions and models that address complex business challenges.
Responsibilities:
• Research, design, and implement machine learning models to solve business problems effectively.
• Conduct A/B tests, analyze experimental data, and derive actionable insights to drive decision-making.
• Work extensively with Big Data, leveraging tools like PySpark to manipulate and extract meaningful information from large datasets.
• Utilize expertise in audience/geo segmentation, marketing campaign optimization, anti- fraud solutions.
• Apply advan
ced feature engineering techniques to enhance model performance and predictive accuracy.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven track record in developing and deploying machine learning models to solve business problems.
• Solid understanding of data science concepts, statistical modeling, hypothesis testing and machine learning techniques.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and machine learning libraries/frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, CatBoost.
• Experience in conducting A/B tests and analyzing experimental data.
• Strong background in working with Big Data and manipulating large datasets.
• Expertise in one or more specialized fields: audience/geo segmentation, marketing campaign optimization, anti-fraud technologies.
• Preferred experience in AdTech, demonstrating an understanding of its nuances and challenges.
• Advanced feature engineering skills to optimize model performance.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
