Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack (JavaScript, AWS

As a Capital One Manager Software Engineer, you will play a key role in driving innovation and transformation within our company.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a diverse team of developers to create solutions that meet regulatory needs
- Stay up-to-date with tech trends and contribute to internal and external technology communities
- Collaborate with product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions that empower millions of people to achieve financial success
- Use programming languages like Go, Java, JavaScript, Vue.JS, Angular, React, HTML/CSS, and SQL, as well as AWS tools and services
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering
- 1+ year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree
- 7+ years of experience in Go, Java, JavaScript, React, Vue.JS, Angular or SQL
- 3+ years of experience with AWS
- 3+ years of people management experience
- 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks
- 2+ years of experience in Agile practices
