Responsibilities
• Maintain familiarity with the content of the games library, retail
• Assist customers with games selection at the library or tableside
• Select games appropriate to the size, interests and experience of groups
• Teach games in an engaging and helpful manner
• Provide game library maintenance following schedules and procedures, communicating and recording work performed
• Provide hosting duties when one isn’t scheduled/present

• Strong knowledge and experience of the breadth of titles available in the library
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
