We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Director to join our team and lead our efforts in expanding into the European and American markets.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to promote our Ethereum staking services in the European and American markets.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, cryptocurrency exchanges, and institutional investors.
• Lead and manage a team of business development professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance our brand visibility and establish thought leadership in the market.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of Ethereum and blockchain technology, with a focus on staking and decentralized finance (DeFi) services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners and clients.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving common goals.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish are a plus.
