Role and Responsibilities:
• Participate in the design and optimization of the database, and be responsible for the maintenance of the company's business model
• Responsible for the availability improvement, performance optimization, fault diagnosis, capacity design, and database platform construction of the company's database services
• Manage the architecture design and implementation of key projects related to databases
• Ensure smooth and efficient operation on the database side of large activities under top traffic
• Create a good team technical atmosphere, and strive to build an industryleading database technology team
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer related discipline with at least 5 years of database operation and maintenance experience, and 3 years of managerial experience

Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-Speaking counterparts & colleagues:
• Strong experience in using open-source projects, and have high achievements in at least two or more fields such as MySQL, TiDB, Redis, and ES;
• Proficient in MySQL database principles, indepth understanding of various architectures and best practices in the industry
• Deep understanding of O&M solutions under high concurrency and massive databases, and strong experience in online management and optimization, and has strong fault location and problemsolving capabilities
