Our client is one of the world's largest publicly traded international oil and gas companies . They are actively looking for Buyer III to join their operations.
Responsibilities:
Project start-up procurement is part of the Maintenance Manufacturing Team supporting Manufacturing to acquire the following:
• Contractor/Vendors Services
• Commissioning & Operating Spares
• Material & consumables
• Responsible to handle all Purchase Requisition for materials, services and consumables, as well as requisition for both commissioning and operating spares.
Operations Excellence
• Conduct procurement activities for CRISP project
• Process execution, full compliance with Procurement Procedure and Control requirements;
• Keep all the proper filings/documentations for purchasing activities for audit purpose;
• Identify business value and agreement rationalization opportunities within the portfolio;
Vendor Management
• Work with business client/sourcing team to introduce new vendors;
• Collect feedback from business clients on the vendors, fulfill the vendor database if necessary;
• Supplier relationship management;
• Coordinate business client complain and troubleshooting with corresponding vendor;
Collaborations
• Work closely and interact with Category Management/Procurement Contract Administration team, Business Clients and vendors to execute the contracting strategy and drive value.
• Support business clients in development and implementation of commercial strategies for spot orders to gain possible savings;
• Steward tactical Client relationship for key portfolio activities;
• Work with Accounts Payables on payment terms and issues related to payments/invoices;
SAP
• Perform as key user of SAP MM module, daily order creations and maintenances;
• MM module trouble shootings;
• Ensure transactional efficiency & accuracy of agreements/orders in MM module;
Requirements:
• Functional Skills: PtP knowledge, system utilization & efficiency, total system cost, apply controls mindset, application of business & procurement technical knowledge, service excellence, contract development, contract management, negotiating and influencing, relationship management
