Our client, a financial technology company are in search of a Senior Product Designer who has both interaction design and visual design experience to join their team. In this role, you will design large-scale, complex, and function-heavy products across all their platform offerings.

The Role
• Lead end-to-end product design projects in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Interview key stakeholders and subject matter experts to strengthen foundational knowledge.
• Synthesize insights into realistic design principles tailored for each project.
• Thoroughly investigate UI/UX problems from diverse perspectives.
• Propose intuitive solutions through workflow design, layout prototypes, and conceptual communication to various stakeholders.
• Partner with development teams to grasp platform constraints and feasibility concerns.
• Leverage our existing design system and patterns for consistent, visually appealing UI.
• Evolve the design language, pattern library, and standard components to continue shaping and improving the overall design system.
• Design intuitive interfaces through iterative prototyping and user testing.
• Focus on crafting experiences that delight users and fulfil business goals.
Skills& Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience designing digital products and services, preferably in fintech or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Industrial Design, Communication Design, or a similar field.
• Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and lead interactive design workshops
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proven track record successfully creating end-to-end user experiences.
• Customize journeys through insight-driven design solutions.
• Passionate about iterating creative ideas with precision and rapidly executing elegant designs.
• Self-driven and adaptable to learn quickly in fast-paced environments.
• Highly proficient in Figma with prototyping and UX research skills.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS a plus
