LSI Architects have a fantastic career opportunity available for talented and motivated Project Architect in our London Studio. About Us LSI Architects is an AJ100, award winning architectural practice with over 70 people, including Architects, Technologists and support staff, based in London and Norwich. We seek to create sustainable, innovative, valuable and positive architecture that improves lives, builds communities and enhances society, or as we put it – Life Touching Design. We work on design projects across the education, healthcare, residential and other commercial sectors with a particular focus on projects in London, Norfolk, Cambridge and the Eastern Region. About You You will need to demonstrate the following: • RIBA Part III qualified with minimum 5 years PQE • Demonstrable experience of leading projects from feasibility through planning and to delivery • Strong design, technical, graphic and 3D modelling skills • Commercial awareness • Excellent understanding of current UK Planning and Building Regulations • Experience of running design and technical reviews • Ability to plan and strong organisational skills • Ability to work as part of a team • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in ArchiCAD is desirable but not a deal-breaker About the Role What you can expect • Breadth of projects; scale and sector • Taking projects from conception to post completion • A commitment to pursuing a sustainable agenda as far as possible • Opportunity to be involved in mentoring and training others • Excellent technical support • Opportunity to influence and be involved in running of the Practice and how projects are delivered • Excellent client relationships Benefits • Supportive, relaxed working environment with a good work-life balance • Emphasis on wellbeing, personal and professional development • Competitive remuneration • ArchiCAD training • Flexible working • Frequent team events including our bi-annual study trip which in recent years has taken us across to Stuttgart, Amsterdam, Glasgow and Budapest.
