Role Description
Web Development:
• Maintain and update company websites, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
• Develop and implement new web features, landing pages, and website enhancements.
• Conduct regular website audits to identify and address issues, ensuring optimal performance.
CRM Management:
• Oversee and manage the Bitrix24 CRM system, ensuring effective utilization for customer relationship management.
• Customize and configure Bitrix24 modules to meet the specific needs of the organization.
• Train and support team members on CRM usage.
SEO Optimization:
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance the visibility and ranking of our websites.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to improve content and drive organic traffic.
• Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes, adjusting strategies accordingly.
IT Support:
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, including laptops, printers, and office applications.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the network infrastructure and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Manage software installations, updates, and license renewals.
General Maintenance:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on laptops, printers, and other office equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
• Ensure the availability of necessary software and licenses for all users.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry
• Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Drupal
• Strong knowledge of database management systems, such as MySQL and SQL Server
• Experience with IT support and troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
