Job Description The LaSalle Network has teamed up with a leading transportation company headquartered right in downtown Chicago. We are looking for a talented Contract Recruiter to come on board for a contract role to support a growing period Are you an experienced recruiter seeking an exciting opportunity to source top talent across various domains? We're seeking a Contract Recruiter to join the team on a temporary basis, focused on IT, Engineering, HR, industry specific roles, with an added mix of Finance, procurement, and other positions. This position offers a primarily remote work environment, with occasional on-site requirements for initial training and interviews. The duration of this assignment spans 4-6 months, providing an excellent opportunity to work on diverse recruitment projects. Contract Recruiter Responsibilities: • Source and recruit for diverse profiles in IT, Engineering, HR, railroad-specific/niche roles, Finance, procurement, and more • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments • Coordinate and schedule interviews, facilitating on-site logistics as necessary • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements • Contribute to the development and execution of recruitment strategies Contract Recruiter Requirements: • Proven experience in recruiting across IT, Engineering, HR, Finance, procurement and specialized/niche roles • Familiarity with various recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to work efficiently in a remote setup and attend on-site sessions for training and interviews If you're passionate about recruiting top talent across multiple domains, thrive in a dynamic environment, and have the skills and experience we're looking for, we encourage you to apply.
