We are looking for an experienced and motivated senior software development manager to lead our software development projects and manage our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, and project management, and the ability to provide innovative solutions for their clients. Suppose you have a deep understanding of web and mobile application development, hands-on experience with technologies such as Laravel, Vue.js, and React, and knowledge of AWS and CI/CD cloud architecture. Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage software development projects from inception to completion.
• Supervise a team of developers, and provide guidance, direction, and performance evaluation. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Keep current with the latest technologies and provide insight into their potential use in projects.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing development team.
• Use your strategic thinking to anticipate future trends and provide optimal solutions.
Requirements
• At least 8 years of managerial experience in software development.
• Experience in the completion of at least 5 web application projects.
• Experience in managing at least 5 mobile application projects.
• Proficiency in Laravel, Vue js, and React.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud architecture and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to hire, train, and manage a development team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and forward-thinking mindset.
• Thorough understanding of the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Familiarity with Strapi CMS is an advantage.
