Requirements
BS degree in Computer Science orequivalent experience required
A minimum of 10years Software engineering experience
Abilityto apply sound engineering principles and develop innovativesolutions
Demonstrated ability to design,develop, document, test and debug simulation software and systemsthat contain logical and mathematicalsolutions
Experience implementing functionalrequirements for computer software
Softwarelanguages – FORTRAN, C/C++, Ada, C#,Java Excellent communication skills includingoral, written, interpersonal, andlistening
Proven success in a fast-paceddevelopment environment and possess a willingness to takeownership, accept accountability, and thrive underpressure
Ability to provide and receiveconstructive criticism
Strong problem solving,troubleshooting and analytical skills
Generalcomputer skills including use of Microsoft Officeproducts Active DoD Secret Clearance within afive-year investigation period
Flexibility tosupport occasional overtime, weekend work, shift work and sitetravel (CONUS)
