Senior Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack (Remote-Eligible) Do you enjoy working with technology and solving complex problems? What You'll Do: - Provide technical leadership and guidance on a variety of technology projects. - Stay up-to-date with the latest tech trends, experiment with new technologies, and share your knowledge with others. - Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans. - Utilize programming languages like JavaScript, Node.JS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and work with AWS tools and services. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - At least 8 years of software engineering experience - At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) Preferred Qualifications: - Master's Degree - 9+ years of experience in JavaScript, Node.JS, TypeScript, SQL, or Python - 4+ years of experience with AWS - 2+ years of experience in data-oriented technical solutions - 2+ years of experience in Agile practices - Strong communication and mentorship skills Salary Information: - New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $230,100 - $262,700 - San Francisco, California (Hybrid On-Site): $243,800 - $278,200 - Remote (Regardless of Location): $195,000 - $222,600 Benefits: Capital One offers a comprehensive set of health, financial, and other benefits to support your total well-being.
